These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Glue ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Glue is a design tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you create mobile app prototypes. You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including designs, prototypes, and any other materials ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to use and share it.
5. AI-Generated Output
The Service uses AI to generate designs based on your input. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated output may not always meet your expectations or requirements
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before use
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any purpose
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
- Access the Service through automated means without our permission
- Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Glue and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
